K9·1 Creator Agreement

Programme Overview

Creators may receive complimentary products, affiliate opportunities and creator rewards in exchange for content creation and participation in the K9·1 Creator Programme.

Creator Deliverables

Creators agree to:

• Create a minimum of 4 original videos per month
• Publish at least 2 social media posts per month
• Submit original content files when requested
• Follow K9·1 content guidelines

Content Ownership & Licence

Creators retain ownership of their content.

Creators grant K9·1 a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to:

• Use content in paid advertising
• Use content on websites and landing pages
• Use content in email marketing
• Use content on social media
• Edit, crop and adapt content for marketing purposes

Affiliate Programme

Approved creators may receive a referral link or discount code. Commission structures may be updated by K9·1 from time to time.

Compliance

Creators must not:

• Make medical claims
• Make misleading statements
• Present themselves as veterinary professionals unless qualified

Termination

K9·1 may remove creators who fail to meet programme requirements or breach programme terms.

Acceptance

Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these terms.
